Clinically it is indicated for chronic lung infections with cough, constipation, joint pains, sore throat, etc.

Mind: Clouded and hazy memory, forgets whatever he reads.

Head: Dizziness with belching of wind and coldness in lumbar region.

Nose: Constant tickling in nose, with ineffectual desire to sneeze.

Face: Peculiar tingling and tension on the right side of face extending to vertex.

Mouth: Tastes like soda.

Throat: Intermittent pains like splinter in the throat.

Stomach: Sensation of emptiness in pit of stomach accompanies almost all the symptoms. Cold feeling in the abdomen, with tendency to sweat.

Abdomen: Cold sweats in umbilical and lumbar regions with sharp pains in the right groin.

Stool and Anus: Constipation with ineffectual efforts and scanty, insufficient stools.

Respiratory Organs: Tickling in throat that produces dry cough, the more he coughs the worse the tickling becomes.

Chest: Painful vibration in the chest on the right side along the margins of the ribs. Tingling sensation in region of left nipple.

Back: Dull pain in left lumbar region with coldness and aching in the lumbar region.

Limbs: Trembling in the lower limbs followed by trembling in the arms. Weakness and tiredness of the legs and arms.

Upper Limbs: Cold, clammy sweats of palms.

Lower Limbs: Crampy pains in left thigh and muscles of legs. Crawling sensation in back of legs and soles of feet.

Skin: Skin very dry with scaly patches like whitish spots.

Sleep: Sleepiness with slight headache. Restless sleep.

Fever: Fever with coldness in stomach and bowels, umbilical and lumbar regions with increased sweats especially on palms.

Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
