Head: Vertigo will be on one side especially on morning, on rising with dizzy confusion of mind. Heat rushes of blood and confusion of head all the time, soon followed by nose bleed at afternoon. Rushing in whole head especially down back part with pressure in head. Dullness and heaviness in head, with drowsiness when reading. Whizzing in head and sounds as in an empty barrel. Head feels tied up and compressed always. Sticking in forehead, extending to both sides along eyes. Sensation of coldness in occipital region as though a sharp object constantly blowing from behind especially in a closed room. Itching on vertex. Shivering of scalp.

Eyes: Smarting pain in eye with Burning sensation, especially on upper part of eyeballs. Vision will be dim.

Ears: Fine stitches extending out through right ear, with roaring sound. Roaring in ears as from a distant sound.

Nose: Dry nose with stopped nose.

Face: Pain as from an ulcer in right side of face.

Lower Limbs: Pain in hips and pelvis as if bone were broken. A cold stream extending into right leg and foot, with fine stitches. Painful burning in corns

Skin : Fine stinging deeply piercing the skin on joint of right ring finger while writing.

Sleep : Frequent yawning; with eructations. Overpowering sleepiness. Sleep dreamy.

Fever: Unusual chilliness over the body. Chilliness and shivering of scalp. Hair bristles Chill runs up middle of back; rest of body warm, and icy cold hands Great sensitiveness to every cool temperature, shivering in back when window is opened. Violent catarrhal fever. Sweat every morning.
