It covers renal colic, marasmus and periosteal pains due to syphilitic disease. Eruptions following hot weather and vaccinations; boils, and eczema. Urinary symptoms most indicated.

Mind: Despondent person, feels sensitive with easily offended and ill humoured person.

Extremities: Paralytic, tearing pains. Trembling of hands and feet. Burning on sides of fingers and toes. Inflammation of nails. ulceration around ends of fingers, cutting sensation under nails. Rheumatism, bone pains; worse at night. Deep cracks on fingers and toes; burn under nails. Cutting sensation under nails. Rheumatic pains after gonorrhoea.
Modalities : Worse at night, after urinating, when yawning, in spring, before menses.
