This remedy has action in the female reproductive system and gastrointestinal system. It produces tendency to paralysis, loss of sensation and coldness. The pains increase and decrease gradually.

Head: The pain in the head is pressing and tensed feeling in head. The pain is squeezing and constricted feeling in forehead. There is numbness with headache.

Eyes: The objects look smaller than they are. There is twitching of eyelids and cramp in orbits.

Face: There is pain and numbness in malar bones as if the parts were between screws. The root of the nose is painful and there is coldness, creeping and numbness in right ide of face. The pain increase and decrease gradually.

Abdomen: It is indicated in painter’s colic with pain in the umbilical region extending through to back.

Stool: The stool is scanty, retarded and evacuated with difficulty. It is indicated in traveller’s constipation.

Female: The vagina is very sensitive and tingling internally and externally. Menses is too early, too profuse, dark clotted and painful. The sexual desire is increased and painful coition. The vulva is itching intensely and sensitive.

Modalities: The complaint worse sitting and standing and better by walking.
