Pain in abdomen with diarrhea is significant. Diarrhea of loose stools of a yellow color. Lack of sexual desire in men and delayed menses in females. Nose and chest feel stuffed up. Cough with expectoration of yellow and frothy mucus with much difficulty.

Mind: Dullness of mind with irritability.

Head: Confusion after sleep. Weakness as from a cold. Pain in head better in open air and after eating. Severe pain in frontal region of the head. Has to lie down after a meal.

Nose: Sneezing especially at night. Runny nose with mucus sometimes colored red.

Throat: Hawking up of mucus sometimes stained with blood. Rawness in chest especially when out in the open air and after breakfast.

Stomach: Eructation tasting of food.

Abdomen: Rumbling in abdomen with pain and uneasiness. Distension of abdomen. Abdomen feels tender on being touched.

Stool: Offensive stools. Rectum feels swollen. Rectum unable to hold the feces. Difficult stool with pressing down pain in the rectum. Feces covered with epithelium resembling worms.

Urinary Organs: Itching at urethra. Frequent desire to pass urine.

Modalities: Cough worse by walking in open air. Headache better in open air and by eating.

Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
