Constant vertigo is a characteristic feature. Heat of head with drowsiness and indifference. Twitching of muscles with dilated pupils. Gestures by arms as of waving and drawing up of legs.

Head: Vertigo even when lying down. Vomiting form motion. Hot head with pain in head. Rolling of head from side to side with eyes closed.

Face: Dull eyes with drooping of lids. Sunken eyes surrounded by a blue hue. Unequally dilated pupils. Anxious expression of the face with coldness. Face expressive of severe pain and distress. Pale face with blue lips. Twitching of muscles of the face with dry lips and efforts to vomit. Indistinct speech.

Stomach: Excessive thirst with burning in throat. Constant nausea and vomiting. Excessive urination. Distended abdomen with pain worse by pressure.

Chest: Rapid palpitations with accelerated respiratory movements. Weak pulse with twitching of limbs.

Fever: Cold and pale body with aversion to covering. Cold and clammy skin with vomiting and vertigo. Excessively weak.
