Dry mouth with absence of saliva is characteristic feature. Gloomy with a desire to go home. Burning in eyes without lacrymation. Pain in single tooth. Itching and burning of scalp. Chill at 2pm.

Mind: Gloomy, and home-sick. Weeping from a delusion that some friend had died. Fear of going insane. Sadness alternating with excessive joy.

Head: Pain in head returning weekly. Pain in right side of head along with the right eye. Nausea and vomiting from headache especially at 2pm. Vomiting of green colour. Wakes up at 5 a.m. from pain in temples and itching in eyes. Itching and burning of the scalp with watering from eyes.

Eyes: Itching in both eyes with pain in head. Burning in eyes.

Throat: Burning in throat as if it were on fire. Burning in throat not better by intake of cold water. Burning with a desire to swallow continuously.

Stool: Diarrhea at midnight.
