Mind: Answers slowly. Stares thoughtlessly. Involuntary sighing and picking of lips and clothes. Wants to be left alone.

Head: Folds on forehead. Cold sweat of head with severe headache. Rolls head all the time and cries with shrieking suddenly. Headache so severe that has to bore head into the pillow or beat it with hands. Pain in the back of the head and feels as if water were swashing inside. Headache ends in vomiting.

Mouth: Offensive odor from the mouth. Lips appear dry and are cracked. Tongue appears red and dry. Bruxism and chewing motion of teeth. Craves cold water even though may not be totally conscious. Child nurses greedily, with disgust for food. Excessive salivation with corners of mouth very sore.

Urine: Suppressed or scanty urine of a dark color with coffee-grounds sediments. Frequent urge to pass urine but is unable to do so.
