Acts on the lower tissues, muscles, bones and skin. Sudden, lightening jerks in different parts of the body. Craving for tobacco. Burning in the stomach. Parts of the body feel separated. Fetid breath, urine, sweat.

Head: Feels as if the skull would burst; as If the head was separated from the body. Heat in the head, especially vertex.
