Clinically it is indicated for labor pains, headache, sleeplessness, and urinary infections.

Head: Sensation of falling down, with whirling sensation in head with a general faint feeling. Headache when trying to think, with burning in the stomach. Sensation as if everything in the head were running in circles with constant noises in the ears. Violent headache with congestion of head worse from movements.

Stomach and Abdomen: Nausea with ineffectual efforts to vomit. Sensation of fainting, with heaviness and distress in the epigastric region, which is sensitive to touch and pressure. Extreme sensitiveness and soreness in the liver region, with stitching pains in the abdomen.

Urinary Organs: Thick, milky discharge at the end of urination with sediments.

Sleep: Obstinate sleeplessness with nervous excitement and intermittent dreams. Start up suddenly from sleep with fright from fearful visions and visions of enchantment and ecstasy.

Fever: Extreme coldness with chills, trembling and clattering of teeth, cannot get enough warmth. Chills, ascending from fingers and toes, and then spread upwards to nape of neck and vertex. Extreme heat, does not want to be covered and craves cold air. Rush of blood to the parts and flushes of heat all over the body. Sensation of alternate heat and cold in the abdomen. Profuse cold, clammy perspiration in palms of hands.
