For chronic tumors and malignancies, with pain and offensive smell. It is also useful in spasmodic hiccoughs, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

Female: It is indicated for bearing down sensation in the abdomen and pelvis. Menses very early with increased and prolonged flow, of bright red blood. Drowsiness with disinclination to do any work. Bleeding from uterus triggered by carrying weight or overlifting, during puerperal conditions.
