Clinically it is indicated for affections of nervous system with convulsions and twitching of muscles with unconsciousness.

Head: Head hot with dizziness. Falls unconscious on the way and had to be carried away. Rapid movements of the eyeballs and fluttering of the eyelids, with widely dilated pupils.

Face: Bloating of the face as if drowned in water. Clenched teeth and tight jaws with deathly pale, purplish face and bloody foam from nose and mouth.

Stomach: Pain in the stomach and bowels with nausea and vomiting of frothy, slimy fluid and ineffectual desire for stool from constipation.

Back and Limbs: Tendency to fall backward from convulsions. Spasms and violent convulsions of every muscle in the body, with extreme coldness of body.

Fever: Severe heat of the body especially the head with profuse sweat over whole body.

Other symptoms are also found in:

2. Sleep
