Clinically it is indicated for pain in the chest due to heart complaints, bleeding from nose, bedwetting and decreased sexual desire.
Mind: Very irritable, angry at little trifle. Sudden uncontrollable fits of rage. Inclined to swear and pray all night. Very forgetful, makes mistakes in reading or writing.

Head: Dizziness in the morning with mucus in throat. Pain in head, with sensation as if back of brain were detached from the front.

Urinary: Pain in region of right kidney with frequent urging to urinate. Frequent urination at night. Yellowish or pale green colored urine.

Male: Sexual organs small and dwindled. Thick emissions, feels as if passed in lumps followed by cutting pains in the testicles.

Heart: Paralysed feeling in heart with pain after exertion, followed by shortness of breath and short sharp pains through heart. Thrusting pains at heart followed by sighing respiration.

Other symptoms are also found in:
