Chest: It is indicated for conditions with enlargement of heart with difficult sighing respiration from oppression of chest. Hearts feels stopped from violent convulsive pains at the heart. Pain in the chest through the heart, extending towards the spleen. Pain in the left pectoral muscles and cartilages of left lower ribs. Sensation of great weight on the heart with pricking pain.

Skin: Itching of the skin all over the body.

Extremities: Pain in the neck, back, shoulders, arms, hands and fingers. Pain in the joints of upper and lower extremities.
