Abstract
Through this research work evaluate the compatibility of Lycopodium clavatum extract with 1x Dilution of NaCl solution in terms of absorbance by UV- Visible spectrophotometer. For the comparative analysis between the simplex and complex variety of Lycopodium extract and NaCl solution, we prepared stock sample of Lycopodium clavatum extract and NaCl dilution as 1X, Afterwards mixed the equal volume of Lycopodium clavatum extract with NaCl dilution. Thereafter analyses the sample by UV- Visible spectrophotometer (Double beam) Absorbance of NaCl 1x Dilution as 0.0522 at 528.00 nm, Absorbance of Lycopodium clavatum extract is 0.0895 at 656.00 nm, Absorbance of Lycopodium clavatum extract with NaCl 1x dilution is 2.3638 at 528.00 nm. Absorbance of NaCl 1x Dilution along with Extract of Lycopodium clavatum does not shown any compatibility in absorbance by UV- Visible spectrophotometer.
