It is indicated in periodical nervous headaches with weakness of body. The digestion is weak and constipation. It produces chronic inflammatory affections of respiratory tract. It causes debility and nervousness with frequent headaches, dyspepsia and constipation.

Head: Pain in the top of head as from a nail. There is pressure on vertex worse in morning till noon and warm room. It is given migraine especially on left side.

Nose: There is stopped up feeling in the nose due to inflammation and redness of nasal mucous membranes. Sneezing is violent in the morning.

Throat: The throat is sore on the right side with great tenderness to touch.

Gastric: There is no desire for food. There is empty all gone sensation in the stomach. It causes pain in the abdomen which is extending to the shoulder. It is a remedy for hiccoughs.

Respiratory: There is dry hacking cough with hoarseness of voice.

Modalities: Complaints are worse periodically every two weeks, yearly and forenoon and better in the evening.

Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
