This is the remedy for conditions arising from excess of lactic acid and too much sugar in the body. It treats the ailments arising from excess of acidity. It is indicated in digestive complaints where there is yellow creamy coating at the back of the roof of mouth and tongue. It is given for colic associated with worm complaints. It is serviceable in case of jaundice and oxaluria.

Head: Head feels full and dull in the morning with throbbing sensation.

Eyes: It is indicated in inflammatory affection of eyes with discharge of golden-yellow and creamy. The white part of the eyes appears dirty yellow.

Ears: One ear is red and hot, and frequently itches, accompanied by gastric troubles and acidity.

Nose: It is indicated in inflammation of nose and pharynx with itching of nose and offensive thick yellow mucus.

Face: The face is pale and bluish.

Mouth: The lips and cheek are sore with ulcers. There are blisters on the tip of tongue with stinging pain in the evening. The tongue has yellow and creamy coating at the back of the roof of the mouth.

Stomach: Sour belching and sour vomiting and greenish diarrhea.

Male: Emissions without dreams in men and weakness of back and trembling in limbs. It is indicated in gonorrheal affections.

Female: Menses is too early, pale, thin and watery. It is indicated in sterility with acid secretion from vagina. The leucorrhea is creamy, honey colored and acrid. It is very useful in morning sickness.

Extremities: Pain in the wrists and finger joints with weariness. There is crackling sound in the knee joints while walking. It is indicated in rheumatic arthritis.

Skin: The skin is yellow with itching in various parts especially in ankles. The skin is smooth, red and shiny.

Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
