Urine: The urine is highly colored and has repulsive odor. The urine color is changeable and acrid. The urine flows involuntarily while walking and coughing. The urine dribbles in old men. There is excess of uric acid in blood. This remedy is indicated in gonorrheal affections and inflammation of bladder.

Extremities: The joints are inflamed and swollen. There is crackling sound in knee joints. It is indicated in gout and rheumatism with nodes in the joints. There are uric acid deposits in the joints. It is also given for ganglion. The knees are swollen and painful. The great toe is affected mostly. Pain in the tendo-achilles and ankles are weak.
