This remedy has its main action on the respiratory pathway causing inflammatory symptoms.

Head: Pain in the head especially in the temples in the afternoon from flatulence. There is burning sensation in the head like sparks.

Eye: The eyes are difficult to open and heaviness of eyelids. There is pain in the eyes like stitching which is more in the morning.

Mouth: There is dryness in the mouth.

Larynx and trachea: It is given for the syphilitic affections of larynx and trachea. There is dryness of larynx.

Respiration: Respiration is difficult after talking.

Male: Painful seminal discharge

Female: It is indicated in inflammation of the vagina. Vagina is very sensitive to touch. The discharge is watery and offensive.
