This remedy has its main action on the bones and the digestive system. It causes weakness of ankles and joint pains. The main bones involved are cranial bones, left shoulder, right knee and ankles. It is a good remedy for constipation and flatulence.

Head: Vertigo and reeling when walking in the open air which is better by looking down, on descending and stooping. There is boring pain in the cranial bones and tearing pain in the occipital bone.

Face: There is pressive pain in the right jaw joint.

Stomach: It is great remedy for sour belching with pressure in the stomach relieved by external pressure.

Abdomen: Abdomen is full of gas with rumbling.

Upper limbs: Pain in the left shoulder joint, which is violent in nature and gets relieved by pressure, rolling arm about its axis and motion. There is pain in the articulation of left thumb.

Lower limbs: Pain in the right thigh which is drawing type while sitting. There is also pain in the inner side of right knee extending to leg. A bruised sensation in the ankles especially left side.

Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
