Head: Head feels as if bound, feels better by sitting and by going out. Sensitive head with pain that ceases when eating. Pain in chest extending to the head. Palpitations with trembling. Ringing in ears with dizziness.

Eyes: Vision of right half not clear. Difficulty opening the eyes in light. Pain in eyes with dryness of lids. Pain in eyes especially after reading.

Stomach: Acid formation with nausea and a gnawing sensation in the stomach better by eating. Unable to tolerate pressure even of clothing.

Urine: Pain while urinating. Turbidity of urine with mucus and red depositions in it. Pain in right side of the back. Pain and pressure in chest when urinating. Chronic burning in urethra.

Respiratory: Sensation of constriction in the chest. Severe cough especially on lying down. Pain in chest extending to the arms and fingers.?

Modalities: Worse, in the morning and on the right side. Better, by rising and on moving about.
