Main action on the brain and on circulation. Delirious state with sleeplessness is characteristic. Swelling all over the body. Tightness across the chest. Helps increase milk secretion in nursing mothers.

Head: Dullness of head with heaviness. Head and face feel hot with coldness of body. Pain in head with difficulty in breathing.

Abdomen: Abdomen feels full and as if a weight were kept on it. Excessive flatulence. Pain in abdomen early in the morning better by passing flatus.

Chest:Difficulty in breathing form swelling over chest. Cough of a spasmodic nature. Sensation as if the chest would fly to pieces. Lower part of chest feels squeezed.
