Mind: Extreme talkativeness with heightened spirits. Time, space and distance seem too long. Anxiety with depression, constantly theorizing, with fear of becoming crazy. Must constantly move, cannot realize her identity with sensation as if floating. Very forgetful, is lost in thought, dreamy and cannot finish a sentence. Emotional excitement, rapid change of mood, uncontrollable laughter and clairvoyance.

Head: Sensation as if the top of head is opening and shutting with shocks through the brain. Throbbing pain and heaviness in the nape of neck. Headache with flatulence and involuntary shaking of head. Headache preceded by unusual excitement and talkativeness.

Male: Back pain after sexual intercourse. Discharge of white, glairy mucus from the glans. Increased sexual desire. Painfully curved penis. Sensation of swelling near anus as if sitting on a ball.

Female: Menses profuse, dark and painful without clots with severe backache. Colicky pains in the abdomen with restlessness and agitation. Painful menses with increased sexual desire. Delay in conception.

Sleep: Sleeplessness, very sleepy but cannot sleep. Obstinate sleeplessness. Loss of consciousness or sensation with rigidity of the body. Fearful nightmares.

Modalities: Worse in the morning from coffee, liquor, tobacco and lying on right side. Better from fresh air, cold air, cold water and rest.
