This remedy is indicated for convulsions in children with rush of blood to the head and for aura felt in the chest. Inflammation of spleen, liver, pancreas and kidneys and glandular affections. Dyspnea and palpitation with weak heart.

Head: Headache with violent rush of blood and vertigo. Periodic headache with pain around the ears.

Stomach: Distension of abdomen with inflammation of liver and spleen in children with frequent eructations. Inflammation, indurations and diseases of pancreas.

Urinary: Tenderness and soreness in the region of kidneys worse from pressure. Urine frequent, thick and mucoid with albumin.

Heart: Weakness of heart with sensation of tightness and pain in chest. Sensation of suffocation with palpitation, oppression and throbbing pulsations. Dull pain in the back extending to arms.

Female: Leucorrhea profuse, foul smelling and mixed with blood. Tumors and induration of uterus with tendency to malignancy, with burning pain in the vagina.

Modalities: Worse from slight exertion.
