This remedy has a marked sphere of action on nervous system, respiratory system, digestive system and skin. Its symptoms correspond to that of low form of diseases but actually indicated in final stages of life threatening diseases with malignancy.

Mind: Extreme irritability with aversion to any kind of work. Anxiety with fits of passion. Very fearful, fear of being approached. Indifferent and delusional, forgetful and absentminded.

Head: Sensation of fainting followed by unconsciousness. Violent hammering in the head with heat. Bed and room seems to spin around.

Eyes: Inflammation and redness of conjunctiva with thickening and discharge. Sore eyes with ulcer spots. Opacity of cornea and blue circle around the eyes. One pupil is dilated. Difficulty vision at night.

Face: Restriction of movement on one side of the face especially on the left side. Distorted mouth and trembling jaw.

Stomach: Everything tastes sour. Fluids and the simplest food taken are thrown up sour, mixed with blood or bile with sour eructations and great exhaustion. The nausea is distressing. Nausea with cold sweat. Vomiting of yellow-green mucus. Touching the lips brings on nausea. Irritation of the stomach after tedious fevers. The stomach gives out with weak digestion, everything is vomited.
