This remedy is useful in infection of the lungs and bronchi with copious and pus like sputum. It is also indicated in severe fever and weakness.

Nose: Increased and thick nasal discharge. Eruptions in the nose with ulceration and chronic nasal infection with offensive smelling discharge.

Stomach: Infection and inflammation of stomach and intestines with vomiting of food and mucus.

Chest: Loud rattling sounds in the chest while breathing and very loose cough. Chronic infection of the lungs and bronchi with thick, creamy, muco- pustular sputum.

Fever: Hectic, tiresome fever and night sweats with irritating, short cough and scanty expectoration.

Urine: Infection of bladder with scanty urine which has increased mucus sediment.

Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
