Clinically this remedy is very useful in treating scabies, fever, fetid nasal discharges and blisters of the skin.

Head: Giddiness when rising from sitting position. Throbbing headache especially right sided which gets worse in the open air and from stooping. The scalp is very sensitive and painful to touch.

Abdomen: It is useful for flatulence of abdomen with uneasiness and passing of offensive flatus. Severe pain in the umbilical region, from accumulation of gas in the abdomen. Pain in the chest with heartburn and excessive salivation.

Respiratory system: Severe and irritating cough after bath. The sputum is white, thick and is expelled in small lumps with great difficulty.
Skin: It is indicated in blisters of skin, scabies and also itching of the skin without eruption.

Fever: Fever with or without chill mostly from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Severe heat with burning in various parts of the body with excessive sweat especially on forehead, neck and upper parts of the body. No sweating in lower parts of the body.

Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
