In a study conducted at the Experimental Farm of the State University of Santa Catarina, Brazil, researchers investigated the impact of homeopathic treatments on piglets during the nursery phase. The study aimed to determine whether homeopathic agents could reduce fighting behavior, improve growth performance, and affect hematological, metabolic, and oxidative variables. Fagopyrum esculentum commonly known as buckwheat, is a versatile annual plant that ranges in height from ½ to 2½ feet. Its stem, which matures to a reddish-green hue and is ribbed, exemplifies its herbaceous nature. The stem is knotted, pubescent in lines above, round, hollow, and usually green, though it may sometimes be tinged with red. It features lateral branches that sprout from the joints, bearing alternately arranged arrow-shaped leaves. Buckwheat is adorned with clusters of white or pink 5 petalled flowers1, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.
