Oleum Santali MT is a homoeopathic tincture prepared from the oil of Sandalwood, a volatile oil distilled from the wood of Santalum album. Oleum santali is an essential oil obtained from the steam distillation of the chips and billets cut from various species of sandalwood trees. The oil is distilled from the wood of the entire tree including stump and the roots. It has been in medicinal use in many therapeutic systems for the treatment of skin diseases and also as a mind relaxing agent.
Uses: Oleum santali mother tincture is very effective on the male reproductive system, urinary organs, respiratory complaints and skin related complaints. It helps in symptoms of inflammation of urinary bladder, such as acute pain in the region of kidneys, pain in the urethra, frequent urination with no force while passing urine, scanty urination and relieves the burning sensation.
