This remedy has a special affection on the ears, supra-orbital and orbital regions. It is indicated for pain in the joints especially in the upper part of the body, worm infestation, uterine fibroids, snake-bites and bee-stings.

Head: Sensation of fainting where everything in the head seems to whirl around. Burning and heaviness of head, with sensation of weakness in muscles of the nape of neck. Sensation of tightness in scalp, must knit the brows together to relax. Throbbing pain under the eyes and temples. It is useful in cases of headache from affection of frontal sinuses.

Eyes: Pressing pain in the eyeballs with heaviness of the eyelids and burning sensation in the eyes. Disturbances in vision with sensation of flickering and flames in front of the eyes.

Ears: It is indicated for ear affections with disturbances in hearing and shooting pain in the ears. Infection of the ears with purulent discharges, and pain which extends to the eyeballs. Roaring sounds in the ears with aversion to music.

Respiratory: Dry, spasmodic cough with difficulty in breathing, which is worse during daytime. Difficulty in breathing; during pregnancy; with anxiety and palpitation and with irritability of mind.

Extremities: Pain in the deltoid muscle, right carpal and metacarpal joints with trembling.

Urinary: Thick urine with strong odor and bedwetting in children.

Modalities: Worse from cool air.

Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
