It is indicated for hay-fever, inflammation of pharynx and coryza. Dry nares and pharynx, with thick, lumpy secretion. It is also useful for small pox.

Head : Scalp hot and itching all over head. Sweat on upper lip and forehead.

Mouth : Blisters on tongue.

Nose : Mucus from posterior nares feels cold. Stoppage of left nostril in afternoon and evening. Scanty, acrid discharge from nose. Dry, hot, with lachrymation. Sneezing, hacking and cough always. Cough better by lying down. Nostrils alternately stopped. Dryness of anterior nares.

Respiratory : Cough is relieved by lying down.

Throat : Feels scalded and hot. Inflammation of throat. Difficulty in breathing. Loud coughing spells with barking expiration.

Stomach : Burning in stomach, extending up oesophagus, throat, and mouth, which is full of canker sores. Offensive breath while talking, smelling like onions. Hot sour eructations. Colicky pains come on while bent forward. Colicky pain better by sitting up straight. Sweat better when nausea comes on.

Urinary : Pain in bladder. Frequent and copious urine flow day and night.

Back : Sleeplessness from pain in back and hips. Rheumatic pain in intercostals muscles and lumbar muscles.

Dosage : Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicine varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age sensitivity and other things, In some cases they are give as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a long period.
