It is clinically indicated in anemia and bone diseases. This remedy is given in cases of asthma. It has its action on liver and kidneys. There is inflammation of bladder and kidneys causing cystitis and nephritis. It produces paralysis and atrophy of muscles. It also affects spleen and spinal cord leading to loss of involuntary movements. It is clinically indicated in gout and ganglion. It is an antidote to the bad effects of tobacco.

Head: Head is confused and heavy. Vertigo comes on stooping or looking up into the air. Headache as if caused by a ball rising from throat into brain. There is tearing pain in the forehead and temples, with congestion of blood to head.

Eyes: The sensation as if eyeballs are too large and pressing pain which is acute. The upper eyelids are paralyzed with contraction of eyes and eyelids. It produces inflammation of eyes and iris. The eyesight is confused as if seeing through mist. It is also indicated in short sightedness and double vision.

Ears: There is tearing, boring and shooting in ears. The ears are sensitive to noise. It causes sudden deafness and buzzing in the ears.

Nose: There is inflammation of nose with red, purulent vesicles in nasal angles. The smell in the nose is fetid and loss of smell. The nose is obstructed with accumulation of tenacious mucus in nostrils.

Face: The face is pale, bloated and yellow. The skin is shining and greasy to sight and touch. The lips are exfoliated.

Mouth: The mouth is dry. There is accumulation of sweetish saliva which is tenacious and mercurial in taste. The ulcers on the mouth are fetid and purple blotches in mouth. The tongue is inflamed and swollen. The tongue is green, slate colored and coated yellow.

Stomach: There are empty risings with a taste of food sometimes very violent and painful. It is indicated in nausea with disposition to vomit which contains greenish or blackish matter with violent pains in the abdomen. The stomach feels heavy and painful after eating and constrictive cramps in stomach shooting to the back.

Abdomen: The abdomen feels as if drawn in and through towards backbone. It is indicated in painter’s colic. The flatus is incarcerated with rumbling and borborygmi in the abdomen. It is also indicated in liver disorders and cirrhosis.

Stool: The constipation is obstinate and the stools are dry and blackish. The urge is ineffectual with difficulty in evacuating. The stool is like round balls and sheep dung. It is also indicated in long continued diarrhea which is watery, yellowish with violent colic.

Urine: It is indicated in difficulty in passing urine and inflammation of the bladder. The urine passes involuntarily which is turbid and frequently bloody.

Male: It is indicated in inflammation of the penis and scrotum with fever, painful urination and tension about testicles. The testes are swollen with pain. It is indicated in nocturnal emission during sleep and impotence.

Chest: The breathing is difficult, short, anxious and oppressed. The respiration is difficult from paralysis of muscles of the larynx. There is anxiety in heart region with cold sweat and palpitation.

Extremities: Pain in the limbs is intermitting, most violent at night which is drawing, rheumatic and lacerating. It is indicated in paralysis and rigidity of the extremities with languor and great debility. The limbs are immobile and insensible. There are violent contractions of the limbs and joints. The hands are trembling and debility of the arms with atrophy and loss of sensation.

Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period. We strongly recommend that the medication should be taken as per the physician’s advice.

Please avoid taking any food or drinks for a few minutes before and after taking the medication.
