It is clinically indicated in caries of bones especially nasal bones and tarsus bones. It has been used widely for the treatment of syphilis and gonorrhea. It is effective in case of abuse of mercury and cancer of stomach. it is indicated in laryngeal spasm and stricture of esophagus.

Mind: Thinks he has been poisoned.

Head: Headache comes with slight acidity of stomach. The pain is in the occiput with fever.

Mouth: The mouth has metallic taste.

Stomach: Acidity of the stomach with headache. There is warmth and heaviness in epigastrium. Nausea with inclination to vomit.

Male: There is violent itching of glans and prepuce with sensation of warmth. The urethra is inflamed and pain on urinating. The eruption on glans penis is livid, slightly raised, size of pin head.

Skin: The skin is yellowish and covered with rosy red eruptions.

Fever: The fever is characterized by slight shuddering, accelerated pulse and warmth in epigastrium.

In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period.
